Shipping policy

Pre-Order Sales

echolens products are currently offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Estimated delivery for pre-orders is mid to late October 2025.

  • This date is an estimate only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

  • Payment will be collected at the time of placing your pre-order.

  • If there are significant delays to the estimated shipping window, we will notify you by email.

  • You may request a cancellation and full refund of your pre-order at any time prior to shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard: 3–8 business days

  • Priority: Up to 3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are subject to change based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance and carrier performance.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

echolens is not liable for lost or damaged shipments. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items. Our support team is also available to assist if needed.
