Refund policy

We want you to love your echolens. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card company).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us right away. We’ll work with you to replace it at no additional cost.
